Autoscript EPIC-IP15 Complete On-camera

The EPIC-IP15 is a complete on-camera prompting package that puts a 15-inch, 1500-nit prompt monitor and a 15.6-inch full-HD talent monitor in one integrated head. Because the talent display is built into the assembly rather than hung off a separate bracket, nothing fouls the camera's tilt range and the front of the rig stays compact. The prompt monitor networks straight to WinPlus-IP over LAN, so there is no scroll box in the chain and every prompter on the network stays in step. Four tally lights are set into the housing, giving the presenter roughly 270 degrees of on-air indication.

Script and feedback feeds arrive over LAN, 2x HD-SDI and 2x CVBS, timecode comes in as LTC or NTP, and power is a 4-pin XLR at 12-16.8VDC drawing 42W. The folding carbon fibre hood cuts setup time when the clock is against you and protects the glass in transit, and the hood geometry clears lenses as wide as 4.3mm. Most camera and lens combinations need no counterbalance at the back. The package ships with the integrated prompt and talent monitors, the HOOD-IP15 carbon fibre hood and glass, the mounting system and camera carriage assembly for ENG cameras and camcorders, the SNSR-IP tally sensor and cable, and the MT-CABLE cable tray.
