Autoscript EVO-IPS15 Light

The EVO-IPS15 is the light end of Autoscript's on-camera prompting line: a 15-inch, standard-bright, IP-only monitor in a 42mm-deep chassis that weighs 2.8 kg on its own and 10.3 kg as a complete rig. It is an ENG and studio tool for crews who do not need a daylight-bright panel and would rather spend the budget and the payload on something else. The monitor takes its script over Ethernet only, connecting straight to WinPlus-IP or WinPlus-IPS software, so there is no scroll engine to rack, power, or fail.

Power comes in on a 4-pin XLR at 12VDC, and the panel draws 20.4W at most, which most camera batteries will carry through a shoot. The 450-nit screen holds a 160 by 140 degree viewing angle, so the presenter is not locked to one narrow spot on the floor. The package ships with the 15-inch monitor, a folding carbon fibre hood with glass and mounting hardware, the mounting system and camera carriage assembly for ENG cameras and camcorders, the SNSR-IP tally sensor and cable, and the MT-CABLE cable tray.
