Autoscript EVO-IP17 On-camera

The EVO-IP17 is an on-camera prompting package built around a 17-inch high-bright monitor that stays readable outdoors at 1500 nits. The panel is 41mm deep and weighs 3.5 kg, which keeps mass off the front of the camera when a presenter is working a long take on a shoulder rig or a light ENG head. The monitor networks directly to WinPlus-IP over LAN, so no scroll box sits between the prompting PC and the glass and the scroll stays synchronised across every camera on the floor. Four tally lights are integrated into the housing for roughly 270 degrees of on-air visibility.

Script feeds can arrive over LAN, 2x HD-SDI or 2x CVBS, and the monitor accepts LTC and NTP timecode, with VITC and D-VITC available as options. Power is a 4-pin XLR at 12-16.8VDC drawing 26W, and a repeat tally output with 12V DC is on board for downstream gear. The package includes the EVO-IP17M prompt monitor, the HOOD-IP17 carbon fibre hood and glass, the mounting system and camera carriage assembly for ENG cameras and camcorders, the SNSR-IP tally sensor and cable, and the MT-CABLE cable tray.
