Audio-Technica ATW-C6100 Interchangeable Capsule
The ATW-C6100 shares its hypercardioid dynamic element with Audio-Technica's AE6100 handheld vocal microphone, built to thread onto the industry-standard mount of an ATW-T3202 (3000 Series), ATW-T5202 (5000 Series), or ATW-T6002xS (6000 Series) handheld transmitter body. The tighter hypercardioid pattern gives extra rear rejection over a standard cardioid, which is useful for a monitor-heavy stage where feedback control matters more than usual.
Like the rest of the ATW-C series, this is the fix for a transmitter body sold "less capsule," or the swap a rental house makes when a booking calls for a different pickup pattern than what's already threaded on. No tools needed, and its 250-ohm dynamic design needs no phantom power.
