Audio-Technica ATW-3212 Handheld System, Less Capsule

This is the ATW-3212 handheld system with the transmitter grip sold bare: an ATW-R3210 diversity receiver paired with an ATW-T3202 handheld body that has no capsule threaded on. The industry-standard thread mount accepts any of Audio-Technica's interchangeable ATW-C series capsules, from the dynamic ATW-C4100 to the condenser ATW-C5400, so a rental house can stock one transmitter body and swap in whatever polar pattern or element type a booking calls for.

Like the rest of the 4th-generation 3000 Series, it covers a 60 MHz tuning range in either the DE2 (470-530 MHz) or EE1 (530-590 MHz) band, runs true diversity reception out to 300 ft line of sight, and reads out status on a dual-mode OLED display. The transmitter runs up to 9.5 hours on two AA NiMH batteries with selectable 10/30 mW RF output for working around a crowded RF environment.
