Audio-Technica ATW-F500/F560 Band-Pass Filter Pair
In a crowded RF environment, strong signals well outside a wireless system's operating band can still overload a receiver's front end and cause dropouts inside the band you actually care about. The ATW-F500/F560 band-pass filters sit ahead of the receiver and simply refuse to pass anything outside their designed window, DE2's 470-530 MHz or EE1's 530-590 MHz, cleaning up the RF a receiver has to work with before it ever gets there.
They're fully passive, so there's no power, tuning, or configuration required: connect them in-line with standard BNC connectors and they're working. A typical 4 dB insertion loss at the high end of the band is the tradeoff for that out-of-band rejection, and 420 mA of DC pass-through means an antenna or booster further down the chain still gets its power even with the filter in the path.
