Audio-Technica ATV-SG1LE On-Camera Shotgun Microphone

The ATV-SG1LE is the compact, simplified sibling to the ATV-SG1: plug its TRS-to-TRS cable into a DSLR, mirrorless, or other camera and it's ready to shoot, drawing power from the camera's own plug-in-power circuit instead of a battery. That plug-in-power design still retains the professional characteristics of a battery-powered mic, extended frequency range and high max SPL, that a typical convenience mic gives up.

It shares the same 14mm large-diameter diaphragm and 100mm acoustic tube as the flagship ATV-SG1, keeping pickup focused on the subject and rejecting background noise, and the same integrated shock mount and patented noise-immunity technology carry over. At just 127.1mm long and 35mm wide, it adds almost no bulk to a camera rig, and a wind muff is included for outdoor shoots.
