Ashton Bentley DX2 Room Hub
The DX2 lives behind the display and pairs with a TX2 Table Hub over a single Cat6a/Cat7 run to form the Ashton Bentley two-box room system. It receives the routed video, audio, USB and control signal from the TX2, switches it out to the display and any connected video bar, and manages the room state (power, source select, display wake) so a technician does not have to be in the room to change what is on screen.
A video bar connects over USB and network directly to the DX2, either bringing your own device to the room's camera and speakers, or letting the room's own codec drive the call. Two HDMI outputs feed the display and any secondary screen, and an auxiliary HDMI input takes a source that should reach the display without routing through the TX2. The DX2 mounts on the equipment bracket built for it inside the Ashton Bentley chassis range.
