Allen & Heath ZED-22FX
The ZED-22FX is a large-format analog mixer with sixteen mono mic/line channels, three stereo channels, and an onboard effects engine, built for full bands, worship teams, and busy venues. The mono channels run Allen & Heath's DuoPre microphone preamps, a two-stage design with a 69 dB gain range that keeps noise low across the whole sweep, and MusEQ 3-band equalization with a sweepable midrange shapes each source. Three stereo channels bring in keyboards, media, and backing tracks with 2-band EQ.
The internal digital FX engine adds reverb, delay, and modulation from a dedicated FX bus, and a 2-in/2-out USB interface records the mix to a computer and returns playback. Three aux sends plus the FX bus build monitor and effects feeds, XLR main outputs carry insert points for outboard processing, and durable 100mm faders give precise control. 48V phantom power feeds condenser mics across every mono channel.
