The VLSM-4KH10V-4FS turns an HDMI source into a live stream with a local archive. Content up to 4K UHD+ is accepted and automatically scaled to a resolution appropriate for streaming, with an HDMI output for local monitoring of the selected source.

Recording goes to an inserted SD card or a network drive, using H.264 at broadcast-oriented quality settings. The unit can act as a streaming server using RTP or RTSP, and a built-in audio mixer blends an external audio source with the embedded audio. It is HDCP 1.x and 2.2 compliant; note that HDCP-encrypted sources cannot be streamed over the internet.
