Vaddio TableMIC Conference Room Microphone

The TableMIC sits in the middle of the table and covers the room in 360 degrees using three unidirectional condenser elements. Echo cancellation and DSP, including equalization, filtering and automatic gain control, run inside the microphone, so what reaches the far end is already conditioned rather than left to the conferencing PC to clean up. The base is solid metal with damping feet, which is the part that matters in practice: it keeps finger drumming and set-down thumps from arriving as thuds on the call.

Installation is a single standard Cat-5 cable between the microphone and an EasyMic port on a Vaddio device, carrying power, control and audio together, up to 100 ft (30 m). The top face is a capacitive touch surface with Home, Call, Mute and volume buttons plus a volume level display, so the room can mute or answer without reaching for a laptop. Effective pickup is about 12 ft (3.7 m) per microphone, so larger rooms chain more than one. Available in black or white.
