Sony VF-CPAM2 Circular Polarizing Filter (49 mm - 82 mm)

A circular polarizer is the one filter a digital camera cannot imitate in software. Sony's VF-CPAM2 series selects which reflected light rays reach the sensor, which lets you shoot through glass, pull the glare off water and wet surfaces, and bring saturation back to skies and foliage. It also removes ultraviolet to clear haze from distant landscapes.

The glass carries the ZEISS T* coating to keep internal reflections from adding flare or ghosting, and Sony designs the series for its Alpha lenses including the G Master line. Seven thread sizes cover the range: 49, 55, 62, 67, 72, 77 and 82 mm.
