Sony BVM-HX310 31.1" 4K HDR TRIMASTER HX Master Monitor
The Sony BVM-HX310 is a 31.1-inch TRIMASTER HX reference monitor built for demanding on-set, studio, and post-production work - 4K digital cinematography, critical color grading, and CGI review where the monitor itself can't be the weak link. Its true 10-bit panel reaches up to 4096 x 2160, full-screen brightness of 1,000 cd/m² with a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and an 89-degree viewing angle that holds color accuracy from anywhere in a grading suite, not just dead center.
A single-cable 12G-SDI input streamlines integration with modern 4K systems, while additional 3G-SDI and HD-SDI (single-link/dual-link) plus HDMI (HDCP 2.3/1.4) connections keep it compatible with older infrastructure. Wide color gamut coverage spans DCI-P3, ITU-R BT.2020, S-Gamut3.cine, and S-Gamut3, with EOTF support for SMPTE ST 2084 and ITU-R BT.2100 (HLG) alongside 2.4 gamma and S-Log2/S-Log3 tables for live and post HDR workflows. A Quad View display lets an operator compare up to four display setting combinations side by side, and processing delay stays under one video frame for real-time monitoring.
