Softron Streaming Pack for MovieRecorder

Streaming Pack adds RTMP, RTSP, and RTMPS streaming to MovieRecorder and MovieRecorder Express, with HLS and SRT support planned. A single Streaming Pack license covers every MovieRecorder or MovieRecorder Express instance running on that Mac, so a multichannel ingest station does not need a separate streaming license per channel. It connects directly to YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch through stream keys, and it pulls frames straight from the Softron playout application over its Direct Link technology rather than requiring a separate capture device for the stream.

Destination flexibility follows the host application: full MovieRecorder can push a source to unlimited simultaneous streaming destinations, while MovieRecorder Express is limited to one destination per source. Softron recommends 4 GB of RAM for the first channel plus 2 GB for each additional one, and licensing is available as either a serial number or a dongle. It runs on Intel Macs from Streaming Center 1.0 / MovieRecorder 4.2 onward, and on Apple silicon from Streaming Center 1.2 / MovieRecorder 4.4 onward, across macOS Catalina through Tahoe.
