Sennheiser SR IEM G4 Stereo Transmitter
The SR IEM G4 is the rack end of a G4 monitor mix: a stereo transmitter in a full-metal half-rack chassis with an OLED display, feeding one mix to as many bodypacks as the band needs. Inputs are two XLR and quarter-inch combo sockets, electronically balanced, taking up to +22 dBu, so it connects straight to a console matrix output without a pad.
RF power is switchable across roughly 10, 30 and 50 mW, which matters as much for coexistence as for range: turn it down in a tight band plan, turn it up for a large room. Modulation is FM broadband stereo using the 19 kHz MPX pilot tone, audio runs 25 to 15,000 Hz, and the antenna output is a 50 ohm BNC so the transmitter can feed a combiner such as the AC 41-US. The unit is 202 x 212 x 43 mm and 980 g and ships with the GA 3 rack set and NT 2-3 supply.
