Sennheiser Spectera DAD Antenna

The Spectera DAD (Digital Antenna Directional) is the transceiving antenna at the edge of Sennheiser's Spectera wideband ecosystem. Unlike a conventional passive antenna, it handles IEM signals, mic and line signals, and control data at the same time over a single cable run, with the RF combining, splitting, and boosting done inside the unit. That integration removes the racks of combiners, splitters, and boosters a traditional multichannel wireless deployment would need, and it manages interference continuously while reporting back for remote control.

The directional DAD is offered in a UHF variant (470-608 MHz and 630-698 MHz) or a 1G4 variant (1350-1400 MHz and 1435-1525 MHz). It connects to the Spectera Base Station over a single ruggedized RJ45 link using standard CAT5e or better network cable in a point-to-point run, and it is powered over that same cable using standard PoE. An IP54 rating lets it work outdoors and in tough venues, and it can double as a dedicated fast, high-quality frequency scanner.
