Sennheiser Spectera SEK Beltpack

The Spectera SEK is the bodypack at the center of Sennheiser's Spectera wideband ecosystem, and it does two jobs at once on a single RF carrier: it transmits a mic or line signal back to the base while receiving an in-ear monitor or IFB feed. Carrying one bidirectional pack instead of a separate transmitter and IEM receiver cuts the gear on a performer's belt in half and keeps everything on one managed link. A 3-pin LEMO input takes Sennheiser lavalier and headset microphones, while a 3.5 mm output with an impedance-matching high-power amplifier drives in-ear monitors.

Because the link runs both directions, the base and LinkDesk software can remotely set and watch IEM volume, mic and line gain, RF health, and battery status without touching the pack. A persistent E-Ink display keeps the performer's name and status visible even with the battery removed, backed by an LED meter and status LED. Content stays private over an AES 256 encrypted connection, and the rugged metal housing runs up to seven hours on a BA 70 rechargeable lithium-ion battery, sold separately. The SEK is offered in UHF and 1G4 tuning variants.
