Sennheiser EW-D Cl1 SET Instrument Wireless System

The EW-D Cl1 SET is an all-in-one digital wireless instrument system from Sennheiser's Evolution Wireless Digital line, aimed at guitar and bass players who want to cut the cable without giving up tone. It pairs the EW-D SK bodypack with an instrument cable that terminates in a 1/4-inch jack, feeding the EW-D EM receiver for a clean, direct signal to the amp or DI.

The link runs a flat 20 to 20,000 Hz response with 134 dB of dynamic range and 1.9 ms latency, close enough to a guitar cable that a player will not feel the difference. Auto scan and the Smart Assist app lock onto a clear frequency, with a 56 MHz tuning range across 2,240 frequencies for up to 90 channels. It runs about 8 hours on two AA batteries and is offered in Q1-6 (470.2-526 MHz), R1-6 (520-576 MHz), and R4-9 (552-607.8 MHz) ranges.
