System aktiv8 flowtech75 GS (S2068S-FTGS) is the ground-spreader build of Sachtler's aktiv8 kit: the aktiv8 fluid head on flowtech75 aktiv carbon legs, braced at floor level instead of mid-leg. The head carries 0 to 12 kg at a 100 mm center of gravity, with 15 counterbalance steps and 7 drag steps on each axis and a +90 to -70 degree tilt range. SpeedLevel levels the head from the pan bar, and SpeedSwap lifts it off the legs in one move when the camera has to go onto a slider or a jib.

The ground spreader is the right choice on a studio floor, a stage, or any flat surface where you want the legs locked to a fixed spread and a repeatable footprint. With it fitted the system works from 56 to 176 cm; without a spreader the flowtech legs drop to 23 cm and still reach 170 cm. The flip-lock leg brakes sit at the top of each leg, so height changes happen from a standing position. It folds to 85 cm and the kit weighs 6.5 kg.
