Roland V-8HD STR HD Video Switcher Streaming Bundle

The V-8HD STR bundle pairs Roland's V-8HD HD video switcher with the UVC-01 USB video encoder, giving a small production crew everything needed to switch a multi-camera show and push it live to the web. The V-8HD takes eight HDMI sources, two of them scaled for computers and consumer devices, and rides them through cuts, dissolves, and composites with a built-in 18-channel audio mixer handling the sound.

The UVC-01 turns the switcher's HDMI program into a plug-and-play USB webcam feed that any streaming or conferencing application recognizes, delivering uncompressed 1080p at 60 frames per second with no drivers to install. A dedicated analog line input on the encoder lets a second sound source be blended into the stream, and the unit draws its power over the same USB cable.
