Rode M1-S Cardioid Dynamic Microphone

The RODE M1-S is a handheld cardioid dynamic microphone built for live vocals, using a high-output neodymium capsule and a tightly controlled cardioid pattern that favours the singer while rejecting monitors and stage spill to help hold off feedback. Precision internal engineering keeps handling noise low, so the audience hears the voice rather than the grip moving on the barrel.

The difference from the standard M1 is an integrated on/off switch that can be locked in place with a set screw, useful for presenters and houses of worship that need to disable the switch entirely.
