RDL D-RC2
The RDL D-RC2 is a two-channel remote audio mixing control that lets a user set the levels of two sources from a convenient wall location while the mixer itself stays hidden in a rack or closet. Two single-turn rotary knobs give clean, direct control, making it ideal for conference rooms, houses of worship, and multipurpose spaces where a presenter needs simple volume control without touching a real console.
The control connects to an RDL remote-controlled mixer through a rear-panel RJ45 jack over standard twisted-pair wiring. Only knob-position data travels down that cable; all audio stays local to the mixer, which uses VCA technology to translate the control voltage into level changes. A long-life 10 kohm potentiometer sets that VCA voltage. The D-RC2 mounts on a Decora-style plate and ships in RDL White/Gray, with a stainless-steel version available.
