JBL Professional JBL SRX915SF Flyable powered 15-inch subwoofer
The SRX915SF is a flyable single 15-inch powered subwoofer. Its integrated three-point rigging lets it hang in a standalone sub array or in a mixed array with SRX906LA elements, which is the reason to choose it over a ground-stacked box. The driver is a JBL 2276H 15-inch with Differential Drive dual voice coils, on 1,100 W continuous, for 130 dB from 36 Hz.
Amplification is built in, Class D and passively cooled, on a universal power supply. Two Neutrik etherCON ports carry HARMAN HControl for setup and monitoring, DSP is user-controllable from the rear-panel LCD, and LevelMax limiting uses excursion-control algorithms rather than a simple thermal limiter to keep the transducers inside their range. Presets cover omnidirectional and cardioid patterns, an M20 threaded mount takes a pole for ground-stacking a full-range top, and the enclosure is exterior-grade birch plywood in black DuraFlex.
