JBL Professional JBL Control 328C 8-inch coaxial in-ceiling loudspeaker

The Control 328C is the 8-inch coaxial ceiling loudspeaker in the 300 series. A shaped mounting baffle gives it the pattern control of a 12-inch horn from an 8-inch driver, holding 120 degrees conical across the band - so it covers a large floor area from fewer positions.

A 200 mm woofer and a 25 mm exit compression driver cross at 1.9 kHz for 118 dB maximum at 93 dB sensitivity, reaching 45 Hz at -10 dB. Impedance is 8 ohms. The round metal baffle is ported with the driver pre-mounted; ceiling cutout is 310 mm for the MTC-300BB8 backcan, which is an accessory and is required for plenum use.
