Fostex TH-910 Closed-Back Dynamic Headphones

The TH-910 is the closed-back model in Fostex's current dynamic flagship pair. Its 50 mm neodymium driver uses a newly developed BioDyna diaphragm reworked for resolution and a smoother top end, and the sealed housing keeps the low end loaded and the outside world out. Impedance is 25 ohms at 100 dB/mW, so it does not demand a high-voltage amplifier to reach level.

Quoted response runs from 12.5 Hz to 45 kHz, with a 1,800 mW input ceiling. The supplied lead is a 2 m unbalanced cable of 7N-grade high-purity OFC, splitting to a 3.5 mm 2-pole plug at each cup and ending in a gold-plated 6.3 mm three-pole plug. The headphone weighs about 385 g without the cable, and a synthetic leather pouch is included.
