DVDO DSP44-1 4x4 DSP Audio Processor
The DSP44-1 is the audio brain for a conference room or a small commercial install: four balanced mic or line inputs with 48 V phantom power, four balanced line outputs, and a matrix that routes, mixes and groups any input to any output. The processing chain covers equalization, filtering, expander, noise gate, limiter, delay and ducking, configured through a software interface or driven over RS-232 and RS-485.
The conferencing side is where it earns its place. Acoustic feedback cancellation, adaptive echo cancellation, adaptive noise suppression, automatic gain control, active noise cancellation and an auto mixer all run on the same engine, so a room with open microphones stays intelligible without an operator riding faders. Voice tracking drives PTZ camera presets from whoever is speaking, and a built-in dual-channel USB sound card handles recording, playback and the video conferencing feed. Status indicators sit on the front panel and setup reaches the unit over Ethernet.
