Crestron IV-SAMA-AMCUBE-1-12 Automate VX AutoMeasure Cubes
Commissioning an Automate VX room means telling the system where each camera and each microphone physically sits, and doing that by hand is the slow part of the install. The AutoMeasure cubes replace it. One 7 in cube attaches to each intelligent array microphone, the AutoMeasure function runs on the Automate VX2 system, and the cameras detect the markers on the cubes to derive camera and microphone positions straight into the Room Configuration (.1brd) file.
The set covers twelve microphones and includes a pack of IV-SAMA-AMCUBE-TAPE, the 3M Command strips used to attach them, at three strips per cube. Supported microphones are the Sennheiser TCC2 and the Shure MXA920. The system must be running Automate VX2 firmware 6.5 or later. The cubes are cardboard and are a commissioning tool rather than permanent hardware, so they come off the microphones once the room is measured.
