Clear-Com HXII-RM HelixNet 4-Channel 1RU Remote Station
The HXII-RM puts four HelixNet channels in a single rack unit and adds the interfacing a control room actually needs. Alongside the headset and gooseneck inputs there is a 3-pin XLR program audio input, a 3-pin XLR stage announce output, a quarter-inch TRS hot mic and IFB jack, and a 9-pin D-type GPIO port carrying one input and one output. Powerline arrives on 3-pin XLR, network on etherCON RJ45.
Program audio takes 0dBu nominal with headroom to +18dBu before clipping and better than 10k ohm input impedance, and on an Arcadia host it is a local listen while on an HMS-4X host it can be assigned to a channel. The loudspeaker amplifier drives 8 ohms to +18dBu, and distortion stays under 0.1% THD at 1kHz across the headphone and speaker paths.
