Obey 40 is the step up from the Obey 10, addressing 192 channels across twelve fixtures at 16 channels each. Storage grows to 30 banks of 8 scenes, 240 scenes total, arranged into six chase sets, which is enough to program distinct looks for every part of a long event rather than reusing four.

The additions over the smaller desk are practical rather than cosmetic: dedicated fog and strobe controls on the panel, and MIDI compatibility for triggering from a DAW or a show controller. It is 3U at 19 x 3.5 x 6.7 inches, weighs 5.7 lb, connects over 3-pin XLR, and runs from a 9 VDC supply.
