Chauvet DJ Xpress 1024W Wireless USB DMX Interface

The Xpress 1024W is a compact USB DMX interface for Chauvet's ShowXpress lighting control software, with built-in Wi-Fi that removes the laptop-tethered cable run a wired interface needs. Station mode joins an existing venue network for control from anywhere on that network, while access point mode turns the Xpress into its own standalone Wi-Fi hub for a mobile rig with no house network to join.

It handles 1,024 DMX channels over standard 3-pin XLR plus another 512 channels via ArtNet, for three universes of total control from one small unit. A free mobile app lets an operator trigger scenes and adjust programming from a phone or tablet, and the software runs on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Android, iOS, and Raspberry Pi, so it drops into almost any control setup already on site.
