Chauvet DJ LED Pinspot 2 White LED Pinspot

LED Pinspot 2 throws a hard-edged white beam from a single 3 W LED, which is what you want on a mirror ball, a centrepiece or a piece of signage that needs to be picked out of a dark room. The LED is rated at 50,000 hours, so it does not carry the lamp-replacement habit of the halogen pinspots it replaces.

Two front focal lenses ship with the fixture: a 6 degree lens is installed and a 9 degree lens is in the box, so the beam can be tightened or opened for the throw distance you actually have. A four-pack of gels changes the colour without a second fixture. Input is auto-ranging 100 to 240 VAC and the whole unit draws 4 W, so a long daisy chain of them is not a power problem.
