Cablecast VIO Lite Two Channel Video Server

VIO Lite is the entry-level two-channel server for cable playout, running the same Cablecast automation as the rest of the line in a compact 2 RU chassis. Its two SDI ports are configurable as two outputs, or as one encode and one playout channel.

Scheduling drives playback, on-demand and OTT publishing, graphic announcements and schedule promotion, with reporting on playout and viewer metrics. It plays a wide range of digital formats and codecs with SD-to-HD up-conversion and HD-to-SD down-conversion built in, and decodes, plays and records RTP, RTMP and HLS streams natively. Channel branding and meeting indexing are included. This model ships with 8 TB of internal storage and a solid-state system drive; for RAID-protected expandable storage and redundant power supplies, step up to the VIO 2.
