Blackmagic Streaming Encoder 4K
The Streaming Encoder 4K takes a single 12G-SDI feed and pushes it straight to the internet as an H.264 or H.265 stream over SRT or RTMP, with direct support for services like YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and X, or point-to-point delivery to a matching Streaming Decoder 4K. A built-in 2.2-inch LCD and front-panel controls let an operator set up and monitor the stream without a laptop, and an SDI loop output and monitoring output keep local recording and preview unaffected.
Built into a compact third-rack-width, 1U-height chassis, it accepts resolutions up to DCI 4K at 60p, carries 16 channels of embedded SDI audio, and adds a USB-C port that can output the encoder as a UVC webcam for software like Zoom or Teams. It's a practical way to get a single camera or program feed online reliably without tying up a full computer for encoding.
