Blackmagic HyperDeck ISO Recorder 100G
The HyperDeck ISO Recorder 100G is a broadcast recorder built for multicamera live production, capturing up to 8 camera channels at the same time. It records 10-bit 4:2:2 video at resolutions up to DCI 4K60 in broadcast-quality ProRes, so every angle is kept as an editable master. Those individual ISO files feed straight into DaVinci Resolve for editing or live-action replay, and all 8 channels can be played back as well, which is handy for testing and review.
The whole plant runs over IP: SMPTE-2110 on 100G Ethernet carries all 8 record and playback channels on a single physical connection, and a second 100G port provides SMPTE-2022-7 seamless redundancy, sending duplicate streams and rebuilding perfect frames from whichever packets arrive first. Recording lands on network storage for very long durations, audio covers AAC 2-channel and PCM at 2, 4, 8 or 16 channels, and the 2RU chassis uses dual redundant AC supplies. It carries Blackmagic part number BMD-HYPERD/UISO/100G.
