BassBoss SSP218-MK3 Dual 18 inch Powered Subwoofer

The SSP218-MK3 doubles the SSP118 format: two 18-inch neodymium woofers in one horizontally oriented cabinet, each with its own 2,500-watt Class D channel for 5,000 watts total. It holds 136 dB sustained and peaks at 139 dB while extending to 30 Hz, which puts it under festival stages, large clubs, and touring rigs where a pair of single-18 cabinets would run out of headroom.

Two or more cabinets can be configured for cardioid coverage, keeping energy off the stage and out of the neighbours. Blower fans with automatic thermal management keep the amplifier working at sustained output, and multi-stage limiting covers thermal, short-circuit, and DC offset conditions. Eight presets are selectable from the panel, with a hundred more stored over the network through ControlBASS. Power comes in on Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 from an auto-sensing 100 to 240 VAC supply.
