WP-IPPKG is the newsroom build of WinPlus-IP: the prompting application plus its newsroom licence, an XBox-IP prompt video generator, and an HC-IP desktop hand control, so a gallery position arrives complete rather than assembled from four order lines. WinPlus-IP itself is the IP rebuild of the long-running WinPlus workflow, keeping the shortcut keys and layout operators already know while talking directly over the network to Intelligent Prompting monitors, scroll engines, and controllers.

The interface defaults to a dark scheme for gallery use and can be resized, recoloured, and re-arranged, with content tiles pinned to a sidebar. A real-time smooth-scroll preview shows exactly what the presenter is reading, stories can be added, cloaked, dropped, and edited live while prompting, and the device manager adds, monitors, groups, and updates every prompting device on the network from one window. The XBox-IP in the package supplies dual HD-SDI prompt video for traditional monitors that are not IP-connected. It installs on Windows 8.1, 10, or 11 with 8GB of RAM, an i5 with at least three cores, 5GB of free disk, and a graphics card supporting OpenGL 3.
