Audio-Technica ATM250 Hypercardioid Dynamic Instrument Microphone
The ATM250 is a hypercardioid dynamic built for the loudest sources on a stage: kick drum, percussion, and brass, where its rich, warm low-frequency response and rare-earth neodymium magnet give it excellent presence and output at close range. The tight hypercardioid pattern rejects sound from the sides and rear, keeping bleed from a snare or hi-hat out of a kick drum's channel.
A professional isolation clamp is included for secure mounting, versatile positioning, and effective dampening of mechanical noise transmitted up through the stand, and gold-plated XLRM-type contacts resist corrosion over years of load-in and load-out. Rugged, all-metal construction is built to handle the abuse of touring and daily studio use.
