The AT8101 is a large cylindrical foam windscreen sized for Audio-Technica's handheld dynamic and interview microphones, including the AT8004 and AT8004L, the BP4001 and BP4002, and the MB 2k and MB 4k Midnight Blues models. It slips over the grille to knock down breath blasts and outdoor wind noise without changing how the mic handles.

It fits Audio-Technica case styles S8, T2. That covers the AT804, MB 4k, MB 4k/c, MB4000C, AT8004L, AT8004, BP4001, BP4002, U855QL, MB 2k, MB 2k/c, MB2000L. Foam windscreens compress and wear with regular use, so keep a spare in the kit; a fresh one is the cheapest way to keep breath noise off the recording.
