Audio-Technica AT8109a Foam Windscreen with Light Pipe for ES925

The AT8109a is the foam windscreen for Audio-Technica's ES925 modular gooseneck microphones fitted with the cardioid, hypercardioid or omnidirectional element. A built-in light pipe carries the ES925's status LED through the foam, so the talker can still see the mic is live once the windscreen is in place.

It fits Audio-Technica case styles M43, M44. That covers the ES925 with cardioid, hypercardioid or omnidirectional element. Foam windscreens compress and wear with regular use, so keep a spare in the kit; a fresh one is the cheapest way to keep breath noise off the recording. It is covered by Audio-Technica's five year limited end-user warranty.
