AKG CK DAM Interchangeable Condenser Capsule

The CK-series capsules are the interchangeable microphone heads for AKG's DAM installation system: the capsule that actually does the sound pickup, sized to snap onto a GN-series gooseneck body or an HM1000 hanging mount. Buying the capsule separately from the gooseneck means an installer can change the pickup pattern later, or stock one gooseneck length with a choice of capsules, instead of committing to a fixed microphone.

The CK31 is the cardioid capsule, the general-purpose choice for a single lectern or desk position. The CK33 steps up to a supercardioid pattern for tighter rejection off-axis, useful in a boardroom or courtroom where an adjacent seat or speaker needs to stay out of the pickup. Each ships with its own foam wind guard (W30) and mounts with the same bayonet fitting.
