AJA KUMO 1616-12G Compact 1RU 16x16 12G-SDI Router

The KUMO 1616-12G puts a full 16x16 crosspoint of 12G-SDI routing into a compact 1RU chassis, giving mid-sized post suites, flypacks, and mobile trucks room to grow without giving up rack space. Sixteen 12G-SDI inputs and sixteen 12G-SDI outputs each support 12G/6G/3G/1.5G-SDI, so a single BNC per port can carry 4K/UltraHD at high frame rates and deep color while cutting the cable count that quad-link 4K would otherwise demand.

Ganged dual and quad port routing lets you group inputs and outputs together for Dual Link and Quad Link 4K/UltraHD signals, and twenty preset slots store and recall complete routing states on demand. Control is flexible: manage it over the network from a KUMO CP or CP2 hardware panel or a browser, and use the onboard USB port with AJA's eMini-Setup software to assign IP addresses. The router ships with one power supply.
