Allen & Heath IP8 Remote Controller

The IP8 is a compact network remote controller for dLive systems, putting 8 motorized faders, 8 LCD displays, and 23 backlit softkeys wherever a performer, monitor engineer, or presenter needs local control. 6 layers of assignable control give access to up to 48 individual channels from one small surface, with faders configurable individually or grouped as a vertical strip.

It connects to the Mixrack or Surface over a fast Ethernet link via a locking Neutrik EtherCon connector, either directly or through a network switch for multiple parallel controllers, and is programmed through the dLive Surface, Director software, or its own embedded HTTP browser. Power comes from the included 12V 2.1A supply or PoE+ (802.3at, 30W at source) over the same Cat5 cable, so a single run handles both data and power. At 291 x 205 x 61mm and 2.5kg, it mounts free-standing or permanently via six captive screws.
