Allen & Heath dLive C Class Surfaces
A dLive Surface is the most popular way to control a dLive MixRack, and the C Class hardware puts the same channel count and processing power into a more compact, lightweight package. If you do not need the S Class' fully redundant power and audio connections, C Class surfaces give you the full dLive workflow in metalwork that is easier to carry and install. Each surface carries 19 assignable SoftKeys and drives any dLive MixRack, so the 128 x 64 mix engine stays the same regardless of surface.
The range scales by fader count and screen count. The CTi1500 is the touring-focused model with a 12-inch touchscreen, 12 faders, titanium side panels and lightweight alloy metalwork. The 19-inch rack-mountable C1500 also offers a 12-inch touchscreen and 12 faders, the C2500 steps up to 20 faders with six assignable rotaries, and the C3500 adds a second 12-inch touchscreen and 24 faders. Local I/O is 6 mic/line inputs and 6 line outputs with one stereo AES3 input and one stereo AES3 output, plus an I/O port carrying 128 channels at 96 kHz, and power is an integrated supply.
