Allen & Heath Qu-7 Digital Mixer
The Qu-7 is the largest console in Allen & Heath's Qu series, built around the 96kHz Qu processing core with 38 inputs and 24 outputs live at once. A 7-inch capacitive touchscreen anchors the workflow, and 33 100mm motorized faders spread across 4 layers put channels, mixes, and FX within reach without constant layer-flipping. 32+1 onboard mic preamps mean most rigs never need an external stage box.
Twelve mix outputs (6 mono aux/group plus 6 stereo aux/group) cover monitors and zone feeds, and 6 onboard Multi-FX engines with Allen & Heath's DEEP processing handle reverbs, delays, and dynamics without outboard gear. A 32-channel USB-C interface turns the console into a full multitrack DAW front end, an SD card slot records 32x32 tracks directly at 48kHz, and the onboard 32-channel Automatic Mic Mixer keeps speech-heavy events clean without an operator riding gain.
