Whirlwind SPLIT 6 Line Level Parallel Splitter

The SPLIT 6 is the box for feeding several powered speakers, adding amplifiers to a system, or splitting an intercom line. One female XLR input is wired to six male XLR outputs in parallel, and there is nothing to power or configure.

Line level outputs can usually be split six ways without an audible penalty, though the real number depends on the source level and the source and destination impedances in a given system. Whirlwind does not recommend using it to split a microphone level signal to more than two outputs; beyond that the frequency response and level suffer.
