The S-Rock ZFI splits zoom, focus, and iris across two dedicated handles instead of stacking all three functions on a single grip, matching the two-handed operating style of broadcast lens controls. The kit bundles VariZoom's Rock DVX zoom control with its PFI focus/iris control, so an operator can run zoom with one hand while independently working focus and iris with the other.

Both handles clamp to a rig on the standard 1.25 in bar and run on 40 in cords to the camera's Panasonic control ports, and the kit carries the same 2-year parts and labor warranty as VariZoom's other lens controls.
