Teradek Bolt 6 XT Transmitter

The Bolt 6 XT Transmitter is the full-bandwidth send side of Teradek's Bolt 6 line, built for feature and broadcast work that needs every bit of a 12G-SDI signal. It carries up to DCI 4K60 at 10-bit 4:2:2 HDR with less than 0.001 seconds of delay and can drive as many as six receivers at once, so a single transmitter covers video village, a client tent, and the DIT cart off one radio. XT bodies carry additional transmit antennas over the lighter LT chassis, which buys real range and resilience in an RF environment already crowded with comms, Wi-Fi, and other productions' wireless video - and Bolt 6 opens the 6 GHz band on top of the existing 5 GHz link for even more clean spectrum to work with.

Sold on its own, it lets a truck or rental house add a transmitter without buying a matched receiver they don't need, or replace one half of a set that took a hit. The 750 ft and 1500 ft tiers are available bare or with a Gold Mount or V-Mount battery plate; the MAX tier, rated for up to 5,000 feet line of sight with an optional array antenna, ships only with a battery plate. Every configuration links over AES-256 encryption with RSA-1024 key pairing and is managed from the OLED display or the Bolt app over Bluetooth.
