Tascam VS-R264 HD Streaming Encoder, Decoder and Recorder

The VS-R264 encodes, streams, decodes and records Full HD 1920x1080p at the same time, which is what a facility needs when a single event has to go to a CDN, to a local display and to an archive. Encoding is H.264 long GOP at bit rates up to 30 Mbps, comfortable on a 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps network.

RTMP, RTSP and HLS are supported, and three simultaneous RTMP streams allow simulcast to multiple platforms or a hot backup destination. Video I/O is HDMI in at v1.4a and HDMI out at v2.0, audio comes in on balanced Euroblock, and recording goes to internal storage, SD/SDHC card or a USB drive as MPEG2-TS or MPEG4.
