Sony NP-FM500H M-Series Rechargeable Battery Pack

The NP-FM500H is Sony's InfoLITHIUM M-series battery for the Alpha A-mount DSLR and SLT bodies. It holds a minimum 11.5 Wh (1600 mAh) with a maximum output of DC 8.4 V, and its high-rush design delivers the output current that fast mechanical drives demand.

Remaining capacity shows in the camera as a single-digit percentage rather than a bar graph, so you can plan a swap precisely. The pack is backwards-compatible with the NP-FM55H and with M-series batteries used by earlier Handycam camcorders and Cyber-shot cameras. Weight is about 78 g.
