Shure SM58-CN

The SM58-CN is the microphone that set the standard for live vocals, packaged here with a 25-foot XLR cable so it is ready to plug in out of the box. Its cardioid dynamic capsule isolates the voice in front of it and rejects bleed from monitors and the rest of the stage, while a tailored 50 to 15,000 Hz response adds a presence lift and rolls off the lows to tame proximity buildup.

A pneumatic shock-mount system cuts handling noise, and the hardened steel grille with built-in pop filter shrugs off the abuse of nightly gigs. It is the same microphone as the SM58-LC but bundled with a 25-foot cable, a mic clip, and a storage bag, connecting over a standard 3-pin XLR.
